Wayne,
I was Allen's first junior companion in Oct 1960 at Sannomiya when he had been in the mission field for 9 months and later we were companions in Apr 1962 in Naha Okinawa at which time he was released. Thus his mission time was 1960 to 1962. Bill Boyd
I just read a post on Facebook that Allan's son Rob pasted that his Father had died this afternoon, Dec 20, 2016. I visited with Allan in the Jordan Valley Hospital for about 30 minutes. He was very weak, but said he was to do what was necessary. Please post this. I don't know about funeral arrangements. Will advise when I know. Bill Boyd

"Obedience is the price, faith is the power, love is the motive, the Spirit is the key, and Christ is the reason." The motto of the Japan Fukuoka Mission can be applied not only to missionary work, but to everyday life. -BYU President Bateman
