Garth Norman has always had fond memories serving with Paul. We worked very hard. He was determined to make the last three months of his mission count. We accepted President Andrus' challenge to use creative ways to meet and proselyte men to build up the priesthood in the Church branches. We took our street meeting to a little factory for a short presentation during the lunch break. One man accepted our invitation to come to Church. He, brother Kamei, was baptized, and later became Branch President of the Kanazawa branch, and has remained faithful with his family throughout the years.
He was a good missionary, and I am sure will be on the other side. His grave service will be this Saturday, June 21, 2014 at 11:00 at Wasatch Lawn Memorial.
