Local Missionary Rel. July 31, 1958 to return home.
For the next two years, I served as a missionary for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Kanazawa, Yanai, Yamagata and Fukuoka. I am proud of my
hometown of Asahikawa and am grateful for the love and support of my brothers and sisters there, as well as the wonderful experiences we shared. Those experiences literally
built a foundation for my faith in my Heavenly Father. Asahikawa is not only my physical hometown, but also my hometown where the seed of faith grew into my knowledge of the everlasting gospel of Jesus Christ. For this I will be eternally grateful.
