After the mission I moved to Denver, Colorado and lived there for about 4 1/2 years. It was a wonderful experience living there and meeting many great people. I moved to Phoenix, Arizona in August of 2005. I am in the Glendale YSA ward serving as a Relief Society Instructor, a Visiting Teaching District Leader, and a member of the FHE committee. I love my callings. I love that in 2007 I am blessed to teach the teachings of Spencer W. Kimball. What an amazing man he was; and such a powerul testimony of the Savior's atonement. This March will mark ten years since I was baptized in the Church. It was the best decision I made in my life. The blessings that have come since that day are overwhelmingly beautiful. I will always feel honored that I had the opportunity to serve in the great Oregon Portland Mission. :-) |
