Comments: So, I am working in the Middle East right now and tomorrow I teach the 3rd discussion to a Soldier who wants to get baptized on his leave and I started looking up something when I found myself here. Working in this part of the World can be surreal sometimes like right now. Lots of memories flooding in. Tucket trained me ALL hours of the day. Midnight charlas were his favorite, but he made us get up on time the next day. He just never stopped. Ever. Made me promise to ride a bull too, but he hasn't tried to keep me honest about that one Rydalch’s command of Spanish. I remember hitching on the back of a pickup truck with him, Reed, and McKendrick. We rode on a huge stack of mattresses like something out of a Dr. Seuss book. Borup and I pushed a bus out of the mud part way through the eight hours it takes to get from Asuncion to Pilar. Ahhhh Good times! Atkinson and I collectively taught about every lesson every Sunday at church in Big Muddy. I was the Relief Society teacher while he taught Primary. Pope and I had an investigator that made me eat the head of a pig. I forgot who was with me. Scarred me for life. There ain't much to eat from the head. (shudder)
