we just wanted to let you know that our baby girl passed away last friday feb. 10th. here is her obituary that was in the dseret news on the 15th of feb.
Madison Anne Kump
11/9/05 – 02/10/06
Madison Anne Kump, the joy of our life, returned to her heavenly home on Feb 10, 2006. Madison joined our family Nov 9, 2005 and while she was only with us for a short time, she will stay in our hearts forever.
Madison is survived by her mother, Elizabeth (Bullough) Kump and her father, Craig Kump.
Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 am, Thurs Feb 16 at the North Lake LDS Chapel (465 W 700 S, Lehi, UT) followed by a burial at the Provo Cemetery. A viewing will be held one hour prior to the service at 10:00 am.
Thank you to our friends at the UVRMC NICU who loved and took care of our sweet baby girl.
