It has been a great blessing to be able to visit friends in Pennsylvania twice since my release, and I hope to visit again with my family someday.
After returning to The Netherlands (Holland) upon leaving the field, I felt impressed to return home to New Zealand.
Shortly after arriving I met Laura and we married six months later in the New Zealand Temple.
We have 3 boys and 2 girls; Corban (3/2003), Kael (11/2004), Aliyah (9/2006), Quinlan (5/2008) and Anevay (8/2010). We feel very blessed to have these wonderful spirits in our care.
Since returning home I have been privileged to serve in several capacities in the Church in Holland, New Zealand and Japan, and I can say that the Church is true no matter where you are! I am currently serving as the Stake Executive Secretary.
It was great to see a few friends from the PA Harrisburg Mission when we visited California, Utah & Arizona in November '07, and we hope to make it back to visit again and to visit Pennsylvania. We'd really love to travel the Pioneer Trail once the children are a bit older, guess we better start saving for it now! :)
