I am working with Dr. David Tuttle of Lehi, Utah to create the Parley P. Pratt Missionary Memorial park, monument and memorial wall.
My job is to collect stories of missionaries who were either seriously injured or passed away during their time of service. The stories can only be told by those who are left behind, i.e. Mission Presidents, companions, family members, and converts.
I have been unable to locate information on Elder Max Bird Bluemel other than that he passed away in 1997 while serving in the Pennsylvania Harrisburg LDS Mission.
If you can offer any help, I would appreciate it very much.
