(UPDATED 9/20/05) I married Wendy Spencer in August 1995, and we now have two children: Veronica (age 4) and Byron (19 mos.). We reside in Northern Virginia, where we've lived since I graduated from the University of Virginia School of Law in 1999.
Until recently, I was employed as counsel to the U.S. House of Representatives, Committee on House Administration. This past summer, I decided to switch sides of the Capitol when I was offered the position of Chief Counsel to the Senate Rules Committee. Though often hectic, life inside the Beltway is certainly never boring.
