Comments:
I came home a year early with three bacterias and virus in 1999. We finally found the third bacteria in May 2004.
After returning I attended Ricks College, where I graduated from in 2001 with an associate's in journalism. I went to the University of Idaho in Moscow from 2001-2004. I worked at the school paper, the Argonaut, and became the editor in chief for my final year. In May 2004 I graduated with a bachelor's in journalism.
This last summer I did a six-week reporting and writing fellowship at the Poynter Institute for Media Studies in St. Petersburg, Fla. I now work as a local government and diversity reporter at The Spectrum in St. George, Utah (www.thespectrum.com).
In my spare time I like to travel. Since I've been home I've driven cross-country twice and spent nearly four weeks in Europe. I've also driven extensively throughout the Northwest and the Southwest (except California). My goal is to visit every state by the time I am 30, which means I have seven left to go in three years. |
