| According to the news article I read she is not impeached yet. Apparently, about six weeks ago it news leaked out that Pres. GMA had talked with one of the voting officials before the votes were tallied. She was then accused of fraud, though she denies it. On Wednesday a group of people rallied that she should resign. Today people rallied in her favor. It all just appears to be typical Philippine politics at work. If she does get impeached it won't be the first time something like that has happened and it probably won't be the last either. I mean, just look at our own political system! We have our own problems too! | |
