| Comments: My husband, Dan-who served in Naga, and I were married in April 1999. I graduated from BYU in Elementary Education in the spring of 2000. We lived in Pennsylvania from '04-'06 and moved back to Utah when Dan's work offered him a managing position. We have two wonderful daughters; Rebekah is 7 and in 3rd grade, and Rachel is 5 and in Kindergarten. Since Dan and I both served in the Philippines we enjoy eating Pinoy food. I still make Lumpia, Sopas, Mungo, and Pansit - and our girls like it too! I'm so thankful that I had many Filipino companions that taught me how to cook their dishes! I have an "easy" calling as Activity Day leader of the 10 & 11 year old girls in our ward. Dan is serving with the Young Men/Scouts again, which he loves. Bekah is preparing herself for baptism next spring by reading the Book of Mormon almost daily and preparing FHE lessons from the Gospel Principles book. It's so exciting to watch our children learn and grow in the gospel of Christ as they are investigators and we are still missionaries, just on a different level!
