My husband is John, we have two children, Andrew (age 24) and Ruth (age 21). We are members of the Keighley ward in the Leeds England stake in the England Leeds Mission.
I am active in the church and have been since my baptism in 1984. We were married in the London Temple and our closest temple is the Preston Temple which was dedicated in 1998.
At the moment I am serving as a primary teacher and a ward missionary.
I am grateful for the gospel in my life and to be a member of the church and for the perspective this gives to my mortal probation.
I am thankful for our prophet President Monson and for the general authorities for the guidance and encouragement we receive fro them.
I love doing family history research and attending the temple to do work for my ancestors. The temple is such a peaceful place, a place of reflection and meditation and revelation.
I am grateful to have been able to serve a mission and to have been called to the Philippines. I am grateful for the kindness and hospitality of the Philippine members and the Philippine people generally.
I have experienced challenges in my life as we all do, and I am thankful to the Lord for this help and his strength that has enabled me to come through them one by one.
