Robert K. Wagstaff, 63, Des Moines 2nd Ward, Des Moines Iowa Stake; patriarch; former stake president and counselor, high councilor, bishop, branch president, and representative to the Des Moines Area Religious Council; retired president of Dr. Bob's Ltd.; received bachelor's degree in poultry science and master's degree in nutrition from Utah State University and doctorate in biochemistry from Washington State University; born in Murray, Utah, to Kieth Amos and Eva Mary Wright Wagstaff; married Cynthia Anderson, 10 children. She is compassionate service coordinator; former stake and ward Relief Society president, Young Women and Primary president, family history center staff member, and seminary teacher; born in Riceville, Iowa, to Le Roy John and La Vonne Johnson Anderson.
President and Sister Wagstaff were called to serve as President, Philippines Missionary Training Center starting May, 2002 until January, 2004. This call was recently extended until January, 2005.
