2008 Update: We now have a little tyke commanding our lives. Ammon James was born in May. Life is moving quickly and is very different for me than just a few years ago.
2007 Update.. I married John Middleton from Mesa, AZ on June 29, 2007. We are looking forward to building a life together. We both work for the church and think it is quite humorous that we are from the same home town, but had to move to Utah to meet. :) Life is optimo!
Dec 2006--Well folks, time is flying on and I have been filling it. I finished a masters degree in Organizational Behavior in 2003 and have been working for the church since then as an internal consultant in Learning & Development for Employee Management. I train awesome material such as communication skills, results planning, teambuilding, business plans, etc. While I am based in Salt Lake, my job takes me out of the country quite a bit, mostly to Latin America. I did an immersion program in Mexico to study Spanish after grad school and let's just say I can fudge, I mean facilitate, a 9 hr seminar in Portuguese or Spanish now and do so often. You can imagine...my "portenhol" is perfect! |
