Got home from La Isla del Encanto in July of '88. Met Maritza, who is Puerto Rican, within a year. She had come to Utah to go to school in Provo. We married in August of '89. She spoke no english at the time, and now speaks it perfectly. We settled in Syracuse, UT and we have three wonderful children: Joshua, 1992 - Aneisa, 1995 - Eli, 2002. I worked for Delta Airlines for 12 years after the mission at Salt Lake International. I hired on as a State Trooper with UHP in 1995 and am currently a Corporal with them, working in Weber and Morgan Counties. Loved my mission and loved the people who served with me. My in-laws live in Ponce so I have been back to PR so many times I have lost count now. It has been fun to take the family back every year and re-visit the old places, people, and memories!
