My husband, Jake, is still working as an instructor for Neumont University (neumont.edu). His employment took us on quite the adventure this summer (2007).
The company wanted to expand so they opened a campus in Dulles, Virginia. We moved in June and had a great time driving cross country and seeing some great sites. We expected to be in Virginia for at least a year, but by October, we were back in Pleasant Grove. The campus just didn't work out for the company financially.
I've been busy with my little ones. Kai is now five and has started Kindergarten, which he absolutely loves. The house is so quite without him. He's the gregarious child. Coby is three. He's my thinker, and very mellow. We're expecting our third in February 2008.
I am a Pampered Chef Consultant, which has been a fun and growing experience for me. I'm also trying to start a business, but I'll get into that once it's up and running.
