Been married for nearly 5 excellent years. Rachel and I have two sons, Preston (18 mos) and Spencer (1 month). Despite the sleepless nights, extra work-load, and loss of personal free-time, they are an absolute joy. I have remained faithful in the Church and am serving currently as the Young Men’s President and High Priest Group Leader in our ward (we have 35+ Priesthood holders currently deployed to the Middle East, so…I am stuck till they release me from the latter). My Young Men are all outstanding future missionaries so it is exciting serving with them! I have been to a bunch of far-off places in the army, both good and bad: Iraq, Afghanistan, Korea, Kyrgyzstan, Qatar, and Germany. I should be out of the Army in December, and then moving to Toronto, Canada for work as a researcher in a children’s Hospital. Hopefully, I will start medical school in August of 2008.
