Creation of the First District in Toliatti, I was there for the actuall setting apart, I traveled with Pres. Klimov and Elder Jensen who created the district. I found this picture and figured it was kind of historic to the mission so I uploaded it. In the picture is the Presidency and their wives, President and Sister Davidek, President Klimov, Elder Jensen the Area 70 and myself.
