On behalf of the Bountiful/Davis Art Center, I would like to extend an
invitation to all of you who may be interested to see/meet/host the Russian
representatives of cultural performing groups. They will be performing in
Bountiful for its festival of cultural performances. It is free admission.
Down below are information of the event with emphasis on the names of the
countries of the invited traveling performing artists.

Schedule of Events for the 20th Bountiful/Davis Summerfest International
August 6: Mayor’s Reception at Bountiful City Hall- 6:00 pm . – 690
South 100 East. Mayor Joe Johnson of Bountiful will welcome the
international groups from China, Costa Rica, Greece, India, Israel, Mexico,
Mongolia, Romania, Russia, South Korea and the USA. Local and state
dignitaries will be in attendance.
August 6: The Street Dance will be located on Historic Main Street in
Bountiful (1st South Main). Bring your families to mingle with the
international performers and learn their dances starting at 7:30pm.
August 7: Opening Ceremonies of the 20th Bountiful/Davis Summerfest
International – 6pm at Bountiful City Park, 200 West 400 North, followed
by performances from the international groups. The Opening Ceremonies are
sponsored by the Davis Chamber of Commerce and the Davis Area Convention
and Visitors Bureau.
August 8-9: Festival will be ongoing from 10am- 10:00 pm at Bountiful City
Park, 200 West 400 North. Come and enjoy performances on two stages, 12
ethnic food booths, 40 artists and crafts booth, a Children’s Art Yard,
plus demonstrations by local and international artists and artisans.
August 8 is UTA Day. Take Frontrunner to the Woods Cross Station and catch
a shuttle to the festival at Bountiful City Park, 200 West 400 North in
Bountiful. August 9 is Davis County Municipalities Day. Closing Ceremonies
will be on August 9 beginning at 9:30pm.
