It is wonderful to see these honored names. After the mission, I returned to Canada, then headed to Hawaii for a couple years and taught in the LTM. Married a sweet Japanese girl there, another RM teaching the missionaries. We had 4 sons together, raised them, divorced. Even the best life is a vale of tears, I suppose.
I remarried Dec. '99, a wonderful, faithful mother of 4. We are co-directors of our ward Family History Center, and have recently been called as temple workers in the Seattle temple -- preparatory to helping in our Vancouver, BC temple next year.
Overall I'm still a pretty happy guy. Somewhat hypercritical. I hope that makes me a better doctor. The Gospel makes more sense to me each day, especially 1 Cor 13 and Moroni 7.
