We lived in Pesega from July 1978 until July 1980. Jerry was the school counselor for CCWS. We are now in Orem while Jerry teaches religion at BYU. We arrived with three little kids and left with four - Jared, Rebekah, Lissa and Rachel. When we got home, we had three more kids- Beth and twins, Adam and McKay.
While there, we met Roy and Kathy Harker. They live in Canada and have remained our best friends for all these years and over the miles. Roy and Kathy lived in Pesega for six months last year while the Ah Mu Academy was being built. While they were there, Rachel went down to visit them and see where she was born. We also got to return for a too-short three days in May, as part of a church history tour with Jerry’s department at BYU. It was so good to be back. We want to go again! |
