This week has come and gone. It was a tough and very exhausting because of the weather lately. On Monday it rained clear from the time i woke up until i went to sleep. On Tuesday i went to Sibu, another city in Sarawak. Elder Semana and I have to get an extension on our "Visa" and Elder Semana wanted to visit some of his recent converts down there, so we spent the day in Sibu. I felt like i did when i first arrived in Bintulu. I felt lost and didn't know what was going on. I just followed Elder Semana from house to house. I did get to see Elder Bench and Sister Goodwin from my MTC group. They are doing great and it was fun to catch up on what they have been doing for the past 2 and a half months. Sibu isn't much different from Bintulu except for the fact that it floods when it rains. Luckily it did rain when i was there, so i didnt have to walk around with water up to my hips like the Elders there do. Over all it was pretty fun to see all the people that Elder Semana taught before he came to Bintulu. |
