Vusi Msiza married his wife Lydia on 12 September 1998. They have been blessed with three children, Dumisani (10 years old), Elethukhaya ( 5 years old) and Simphiwe (11months).
He was baptized in Pretoria on 11 November 1984. Since that time he has served as a missionary(Jan 1995- Jan1997), YSA Representative, 2nd Counselor in the Elders Quorum, Ward Mission Leader, 2nd Counselor in the Young Mens, Elders Quorum President, High Councilman and now Bishop. He has been Bishop of the Katlehong Ward, Bedforview Stake since January 2005. He serves as the Chairperson of the Stake Bishops Welfare Committee.
In July 2009 he joined the Church employment as the Senior Project Manager in the Physical Facilities Department. His responsibility includes managing the construction of meetinghouses (chapels) for the Africa Southeast Area. |
