In August 2006 I moved from Michigan to Majuro, the captial of the Marshall Islands, in the Pacific. It has been quite the climate-change for me, but no complaints so far. I am really loving the students that I teach at the College of the Marshall Islands. Living on a small island (3.75 square miles) takes some getting used to, but I have found it to be a wonderful place with friendly people and great members of the church. I'm serving as the RS president of my branch and we're working hard to reach the goal of becoming a stake by the end of 2007. There are 7 branches on island, and lots of less-active work to be done in each.
