Attended BYU, graduated in accounting worked for Deloitte Touche in Chicago and San Francisco. In 1976 launched my own equipment leasing company. In 1985, became involved in franchising and built a franchise management business. In 2000 acquired a franchise company in Denver and sold it in 2007. Retired for a year but got bored silly. Currently manage a franchise consulting firm - Blackstone Hathaway. Five kids, four have served missions and four are married. Ten grandchild. In general, life has been good, no major disappointments and tons of blessings.
