Comments: I served in the Swiss Mission from October 1981 through April 1983 (I was called on a two year mission, but our missions were shortened to 18 months). After my mission, I completed undergraduate and law school at BYU. I practiced law with a San Francisco law firm for some years and then joined a national grocery company - Albertsons - and was with them for 14 years before joining a turnaround company where I am currently employed. Elizabeth and I married in April 1985 and we have two daughters Elise 21 and Emily 18 (both at BYU), and two sons William 13 and Christian 7. We have lived in Boise for the past 16 years and, having grown up on the East Coast, we have fallen in love with this area. I make it back to Switzerland/Germany/Austria every few years for visits and am planning a trip in March 2007. I have wonderful memories of the time spent in the mission, the friendship made there and the eternal lessons learned. |
