Johnson, 63, assigned to the Switzerland Zurich Mission; Danville 2nd Ward, Danville California Stake; counselor in Oakland Temple presidency and stake patriarch, former high councilor, bishop, and ward financial clerk; served in Swiss Austrian Mission, 1949-51; professor emeritus of accounting at California State University at Hayward; received bachelor's and master's degrees from BYU, master's degree from Indiana University, and doctorate from the University of Illinois; born in Provo, Utah, a son of Clair Whitney and Alice Packard Johnson; married Patsy Renee Pollard, seven children. She is assistant Oakland Temple matron and ward organist, former temple ordinance worker, stake Relief Society president and counselor, stake activation missionary leader, ward Relief Society president, Junior Sunday School coordinator, ward organist and choir director; received associate degree from Weber State College; born in Riverton, Utah, a daughter of Glenn Oscar and Ebba Eleanor Bills Pollard.
