I am still working at a local high school as an athletic trainer and am still serving as MiaMaid Advisor in my ward. Our daughter Katie is now 21 months old and as lively as ever. She is a happy baby who only fusses when she is tired or hungry, and has such a great attitude. It is hard to believe that on April 26th she will be two.
Damien and I are also expecting our second child, another girl, that is due on May 3rd; her and Katie will be almost exactly two years apart.Hopefully she will come a little late since Katie was due on May 1st and came in April, so we do not have to deal with two birthday parties in the same week.
My husband Damien got injured at work over a year ago and is going back to school for job retraining so he has been home during the day a lot and we are having fun spending time together as a family, especially since he is studying web development and has all online classes right now.
