My son just arrived in the Taichung mission. His name is Elder Schwendiman. He is the first missionary we have sent. So the experiences are new to us. Our missions were some 20 years ago and I am sure things have changed.
We have 4 other children. Jacob is 15, Benny is 12, Danny is 8 and Tiffany is 2. They are all excited for their big brother to serve a mission. We live in Idaho Falls and we love the small town life. My husbands family lives in Salt Lake City. My family lives in Groton, Vermont. They are non-members.
We would love to hear from anyone who has a missionary in Taichung. It is so exciting for us to experience all this once again. |
