It is so exciting to find this website and know that like me so many former Taiwan missionaries are interested in everything to do with our missionary experiences. I worked in Nursing, then Education, then Education Administration for many years, until a health problem forced my retirement. It has been my pleasure to remain close to several companions and missionary colleagues. My companions include Marquita Gregory-Greenberg, Nora Nyland, Bao Sho Jen, Caroly Larsen-Stone, Sheila Harris, Cynthia Harmon-Wesley, and several who I can't recall right now. Please forgive me, you are in my heart and my mind, but after three brain surgeries my instant recall is slow.
I haven't returned to Taiwan, but it is certainly in my plans to do so and see the many changes. I have remained single, (Not a Crime, Elders), and have have a wonderful and interesting life, which is still unfolding. I have a large family and two adopted children and three grandchildren.
If anyone can help, I am very interested in contacting Sister Michelle BAO (maiden name), Bao Sho Jen, a Taiwan native, who was my companion in Pan Chao in 1978. You all remember her; the beautiful Chinese missionary from Taiwan with two younger sisters.
