It is great to perhaps get back in touch with friends and companions. Yes many years have passed since the great experiences we had in Taiwan. We have 5 children ( 2 now married ) a grandduaghter on the way and just attended the BYU graduation for our 2 oldest daughters, a son in law, daughter in law, many friends kids and a cousin. Whew!!!! Our oldest two have taken quite an interest in Mandarin and have given me opportunity to brush up. Many of our phone conversations are 100% mandarin. Well mostly. My wife of almost 28 years has some chinese in her blood and some day a trip to china will happen. Our children are really excited about an event of this nature. Enough for now. Look forward to hearing from any of you. |
