SEATTLE, Wash. - Robert Wesley Scalf, 48, son of Harold and Evelyn Scalf, died suddenly in Seattle, Wash., May 3, 2004.
He was born March 17, 1956, in Salt Lake City, Utah. He attended schools in Ft. Wayne, Ind., earning his M.D. degree from Indiana University in 1990.
A memorial service will be Saturday, May 22, 2004, at 9 a.m., at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Ft. Wayne, Ind. His ashes will be placed in the grave of his sister, Elizabeth.
