2/2006 ~ I'll write more later, but I thought I'd best explain why I'm back in Kentucky. Anybody who served in Paducah Kentucky probably knows the Harris family (Don & Clyda). When I was serving in Paducah Denise Harris was just about to move out to Provo. We kept in contact, and hung out when I got back to Orem. Little sister Deana came out to BYU a few years later and... we've been happily married almost four years now. Our daughter Lucy is sixteen months old. We're back in Kentucky because it's cheaper to live here, her family is here, I got a better paying job than I had in Orem, and it's just nice to get out of Happy Valley now and then. Give me a call! (unless you want me to sign up for Amway, in which case you probably already gave me a call several times this past week)

6/27/06 ~ For the "who I served with" list, when they get on the site, I'll add Jepson, Line, Meldrum, Maycock, Mumford and Bernall. Pretty long list of companions. Line and Mathis were actually shared a room with Jepson and me in the MTC, but we did "unauthorized" splits in every direction the whole time we were there, including all four of us skipping class to go to the temple at the same time as those cool sisters we ate meals with (no it wasn't a date). Sadly it wasn't at the same time as the Mongolian sister that Elder Line swore looked "just like Pocahontas in the Disney cartoon". I opened or closed pretty much every area I was in, so I ended up in quite a few areas with quite a few companions. |
