After returning from the mission field Blaine C. Morgan served in the ward for a few months before being called to the Stake High Council. He spent two years overseeing the early morning seminary program for our stake - attending seminary every morning. He is currently over the missionary work and works closely with full time missionaries. He goes on exchanges with them, teaches PMA and other topics at zone and district meetings all over the mission and takes missionaries and luggage to transfers. Sister Morgan returned to her service in the Family History Library and taught Relief Society for a time. She is now on the stake Public Affairs Council over the Interfaith. She is very involved with other churches in the community as she tries to build bridges and create working relationships. As part of that effort she manages a 100 voice Interfaith Choir that sings twice a year made up of people from 11 different denominations. Both are very busy, too busy to see granchildren as often as hoped, but happy and loving life. |
