I met Sister Alison Bennett while she and I were teaching at the Missionary Training Center in Provo, Utah. We were married in 1989 and have six children, two of whom have served missions (Mexico, Monterrey East and Peru, Lima Central). The third is putting in his papers right now. The other three are still at home.
Following BYU (Accounting), I attended law school at the University of Texas. After 8 years of law practice in Dallas, I joined Southwest Airlines, first as inhouse counsel and now as a Benefits Director.
I have not been back to Thailand, but Alison and I did have the opportunity to serve between 1995-1999 with a Laotian congregation in the Dallas area. One of the young boys from that congregation recently received his call to serve his mission in Thailand. I am excited for him. |
