I came back to the DC/Virginia area in May to do another internship, this time with the Clare Boothe Luce Policy Institute--a conservative women's non-profit organization. And recently that internship turned into a full-time position as the assistant to the president of the organization. So it looks like I'm staying in Virginia permanantly--well at least for who knows how long.
This area has a great social scene for singles and in the two months since I moved to Virginia, I've already traveled with my ward to the Outer Banks in North Carolina and to Palmyra.
I also graduated from BYU in May with a degree in Communications, emphasis in print journalism. I hope to start a Master's degree in the next year or two, but first I need to decide what I want to study. For now I just want a break from school and hope to enjoy working with CBLPI for a few years.
