Elder Mayberry has yet another new companion, Elder Maddox. He says that he will really miss Elder Johnson but is excited to be working with Elder Maddox. He says that Elder Maddox is fun and they get along well. He continues to serve in Chernigov. He's been there for 4 months now. His Russian is coming along and he says that he is really getting used to Ukrainian life. He says that he doesn't remember what Americans are like! His time is spent working with less actives and teaching all who will listen to their message. Although the work can be discouraging, Elder Mayberry truly enjoys sharing the Gospel and one can tell that he is developing a real love of the Ukrainian people! |
