Starting to feel the years that have passed since the mission. My brother in law just received his call to Russia...he was only 11 when I went on my mission!
What a blessing it's been though, to have the mission experience and the skills I gained there. I help out with the Spanish members in our ward and it's awesome! Pretty cool to have former Elder Ben Anderson in my ward too! We are enjoying Virginia; Brandon is working hard in residency and I am blessed to stay home with our 6 month old daughter! Parenthood is amazing and challenging.
I know this is the true Gospel of Christ restored to the earth in it's fullness--He lives! |
