I'm sure that everyone has been hearing of the trouble Uruguay is having. However, until I recieved this article, I was unaware as to how deep the problems were. You can find a copy of the article at:

President Chidester has also sent us another update from Uruguay. While he does give us a quick blurb about Uruguay's financial woes, you'll also see that Uruguay's spiritual level has risen. There's also been a visit from one of the Quorum of the Twelve.
