| I remember going on splits with one of my zone leaders one day! We went out tracting for most of the afternoon without any success as far as getting appointments, but we felt strongly that there was somebody we needed to visit in this particular neighborhood we were in. It got down to a couple of minutes left before it was time to head back and we knocked on this door and talked to a teenage girl for a couple of minutes who was already an active member of the church. So when we left the house, we were quite confused about the feelings we'd had, when I noticed this house just a few doors down the street. I knew this was it, and I told my companion for the day, who just looked at me like I musta had rocks in my head. Because it was obvious nobody was home. No car. All the lights were off. But something told me to keep walking. When we got about 5 feet from the driveway a car pulled in and a lady got out. We walked right up to her, introduced ourselves and explained that we had an important message for her and her family, and may we come back. We set up an appointment for the next day and we were on our way. It was just an amazing experience and a testimony builder, one of many I've had serving the Lord.
