On June 12, 2007 Aaron had an awake brain surgery to remove a tumor called and oligodendroglioma. It was benign and was the size of three ping pong balls. He just wanted to tell people that he is doing better than expected. He will make a full recovery by next year. It will take some time.
We moved back to Alabama in July 2008 to be closer to Aaron's parents. Life is slowly returning but not as fast as we had hopped for after the surgery. In March of 2013, the cancer returned and am now under going chemo and radiation at the Huntsman Cancer Institute. There has been no prognoses given at this time.
All 5 kids are doing fell and growing up fast. We hope life is going well for everyone.
He would love to get back in touch with any of those he served with and do some catching up. |
