| Comments: My wife Karen and I have 4 children (3 boys, 1 girl). My oldest son Kelly is serving a mission in Bahia Blanca Argentina. My son Russell will be serving in the Macon Georgia Mission starting July 24, 2002. My daughter Emily (15) and son Brian (13) still have to put up with their parents at home. After my mission I went to BYU, then up to Utah State (that I loved as a missionary), then we lived until 1995 in Southern California (mostly San Diego). In 1995 we moved to Colorado Springs. I have accepted many calls over the years. Right now I am proudly servings as Scout Master/Deacons Advisor. I came close to leaving this life in 1998 when I battled Lymphoma Cancer in my bones. I have been clear for 3 years now. I feel blessed to be alive and appreciate each day! I have fond memories of my mission and those I served with. I am proud to have served in Utah despite how most people react when I tell them where I served! To all I served with I say, "Sure Love ya!" | |
