Hello my lovely Sisters!
I am finally settled in Cambridge, Massachusetts(think Harvard, MIT, RED SOX!). After wandering around the east for several months,
I decided to leave NYC & costume design for a time to
work at a year round residential treatment program for
DEAF children with mild to severe psychological,
behavioral, emotional and physical challenges. If all goes as planned, I will start grad school (MEd.)in the fall. Who woudda thunk? Thanks to God for continually pushing me and throwing curve balls.
I am at a Singles Ward (yuk) and am keeping the
missionary spirit alive as a ward missionary, gospel principles/essentials teacher and ordinance worker in the Boston Temple.
The highlight of these RM months was seeing Ross,Estep,Jo(sephson), and Long at Ross' wedding. I am fairly certain that wedding bells will not be chiming anytime soon for me (talk about curve balls! :)
