I am married to James, who waited for me, and we have 3 children--we think the best in the world. Our oldest is Libby--12, then Sam--10, then Clay--8. We can't believe Libby is in Young Women!! I don't think I'm old enough to have a child that old. She takes Ballet, and is on pointe this year. She also plays violin, is on the yearbook staff, and loves to babysit. Sam plays cello, soccer, basketball, just earned his Arrow of Light (along with every pin available in the Webelos Scout program) and is in my class this year at school. He told me today it is handy to have your mom be your teacher because then if he doesn't get something done, I can excuse him. Funny, I don't recall excusing him. Maybe he was hinting... Clay is in scouts now. He loves every kind of ball and is really good. He is hilarious! We laugh at his jokes all day. I'm in the Young Women presidency now. Busy, but fun. James is still painting. He is getting better and better. He had a show in Salt Lake City last summer and sold several paintings. It's great to have him doing so well. His health is fair, but he's pretty positive and patient with himself and how he feels. We are doing well and happy to be together. We are excited about the temple that was finished in February in Rexburg and love to look out our window and see it every day. Very fun! |
