I checked maps and found that Clinchco is very far west in Virginia. My guess is that a person might go to Richlands, VA where they had a branch when I was in the mission.
Another suggestion may be to check with missions in Charleston, WV, Columus, OH, or maybe in KY, TN, or NC.
I think the closest branch I knew of would be Richlands, though, so that would be a good place to start.
