First of all, do you know where Gore is? If it is West of Appomattox it is probably in the Charleston, WV, Mission. Northern Virginia (Fredericksburg, etc) would be in the Washington DC South Mission. Otherwise contact the Richmond Mission.
Another avenue, however, is to call the Church's missionary referral line at 1-888-LDS-7700. This line is for members referring friends. If she would take the initiative there is a link on the site for people to request a visit as well.
