Craig R. Jewett 1967 ~ 2009 Craig Ralph Jewett passed away on Sunday, February 15, 2009 in Mount Home, Idaho, doing what he loved most, flying planes.Craig was born in Salt Lake City, Utah on October 24, 1967 to Craig Leon Jewett and Nancy Sue Wells. He grew up in Centerville, Utah and lived most of his life in the Davis County area. Craig served an L.D.S. mission in Anchorage, Alaska, where he touched many lives and created eternal friendships. He married Marcy Lynn Toone on August 3, 1991 and was later sealed to her in the Salt Lake Temple. Craig has four amazing sons, Jesse (14), Wesley (11), Alex (9), and Samuel (7). They are his legacy. He started his own successful business, Craig's Transmissions and Auto Repair, in Kaysville, Utah, where he enjoyed making new friends and helping his customers. Craig enjoyed flying, scuba diving, traveling, hiking, ballroom dancing, fixing everything that didn't work, spending time with his family, and especially helping anyone who needed him. This past year Craig took his wife and children on a humanitarian vacation to the beautiful islands of Fiji where he assisted a Fijian family by putting a roof on their home. This was a highlight in his life and another example of his love for forging friendships and helping others. Craig was instantly everyone's best friend! He has helped countless people along his journey here on earth, as we are sure he will continue to bless many more up in heaven. He was a wonderful son, husband, and father, and will be greatly missed. "We love you, Craig!" He leaves behind his wife, Marcy; his four sons; his parents; his siblings Timothy Jewett (Marilou), Alicia Coca (Edgar), Kathleen Goodman (Brian), Bryan Jewett (Krista), Debra Blazzard (Brian), Kimberly Cook (Jeremy), Melissa Jewett, and Tamarie Stoker (Mark). Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m., Monday, February 23, 2009 at the Rowland Way Ward Chapel, 610 N. Rowland Way (100 E.) Centerville. Friends and family may call Sunday, February 22, 2009 from 6-8 p.m. at Lindquist's Bountiful Mortuary, 727 N. 400 E. and at the church from 9:45-10:45 a.m. prior to services.
