Hello, all! My name is Gloria Vazquez-Pickering. I served in the BS. North Mission from June of 1990- Nov. 1991. I served in Pergamino, Floresta, and Padua. I was sealed to my husband dru in the seattle temple 6 mos after arriving home. My husband dru and I have been married now for 15 yrs ~ we have been blessed with 10 beautiful children! Our oldest son, is 14 yrs old and our youngest daughter is 3 yrs old. We live in rural Missouri, Far West area to be exact. Life has been very busy for me since the mission - but the lessons learned from serving the Lord's children have stayed with me thru the years! I am still very close friends with my dear friend, Tanja Grimm ( Rust) who trained me in my first area of Pergamino. I was able to email the Bertas tonight and I am very excited to hear back from them! I was in contact with many of the families I taught for years...... and then slowly the contact ended..... I miss hearing from them and would love to plan a return trip to visit Argentina in the near future! I loved my time serving in the mission! My husband and I plan on serving a mission or two together when we finish raising our family! Currently, my husband is serving as ward mission leader and I am serving as a teacher in the R.S.
