Information on the Mission Gathering:
The mission gathering will be on 8/16/08 at either the park down the street from his house or his church. We have made the appropriate calls to schedule this. The bishop has approved for us to have the gathering at the ward house (the park is only a back up plan). We want this to be the best mission reunion for Pres. Brown.
Here is what we would like to ask of you please:
Information on the get together:
- Bring something to eat for the potluck
- We will be having a group picture
- Bring some memorabilia, photos, etc.
- Practice the song "Who are these children coming down" from Saturdays Warriors. Pres. Brown loves this song. If you would like, you are welcome to sing any other songs you feel appropriate.
Suggestions for everyone to complete before the gathering:
- Pass this on to everyone you know.
- We will be putting together a memory book for him. This will be of mission memories, photos, etc to give to Pres. Brown and his family. Email or mail them to Hully
- We will have a mission address book put together for everyone we have contact with. A lot of people are missing or outdated. Please send Hully any information/updates please.
- The back part of the address book will be a current update on everyone who submits one. If you would please submit any current events, happening with your family or any information you want (children, college, spouse, work, etc). I will add it for you. Please send a current picture also.
